Job Description

To meet and exceed sales goals while following LGBe customer service standards with all customers.

Candidate must be able to work a 20 hour per week schedule with the ability to visit set focus stores on a weekly basis.

Sales Plan and Budget Achievement

Responsible for achieving a Sales per Hour goal of $100 each shift.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals.

Report sales results on a daily/weekly basis to Account Executive.

Submit accurate invoices/recaps on a weekly basis.

Service the customer in accordance with LGBe standards.

Support the retailer in accordance with company standards.

Execute Marketing Calendar

Work in accord with LGBe regional staff to execute events.

Work within guidelines of corporate strategies to execute and drive successful seasonal launches, Gift-with-Purchase and special events.

Work within guidelines of corporate strategies to ensure that consultants, retail staff and ATC s are equipped in order to successfully execute the market calendar.

Attend seasonal conference calls in order to deliver retail initiatives accurately to consultants.

In tandem with corporate guidelines, coach to event expectations; sales, pre-sell, and appointment goals.

In tandem with corporate approved guidelines, schedule and conduct new product launch/event education for key accounts.

Maximize in store visits by adhering to account specific checklist.

Ensure that Laura Geller locations adhere to corporately approved merchandising guidelines.

Counter Education/In-Store Development

Coach consultants on event and gwp practices

Must adhere to company image guidelines.

Review product knowledge for new launches and selling skills to ensure consultants and can confidently achieve their sales goal.



Candidate must be able to work a 20 hour per week schedule with the ability to visit set focus stores on a weekly basis.

3-5 years beauty industry experience required.

Working knowledge of in-store retail environment a must.

College Degree preferred.

Good make-up artistry skills necessary.

Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Laura Geller brand.

Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.

Must be able to travel within the territory.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
