As a Windsor Assistant Manager you are a key member of our store leadership team.
You support theteam in driving our mission statement in your store.
You are responsible, in partnership with your StoreManager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
You coach andmotivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity andrespect.

As a member of the sales-directing team you are able to drive sales toensure the overall success of the store.
As the Host of the Party you build brand loyalty byproviding an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.
You provide feedback to domore with less and create value for the brand.
? You're an expert at finding and retaining great talent:
You support the Store Manager infinding the right talent.
You are consistently making new networking connections to ensureyour store has a wide talent pool.
You're committed to an exceptional onboarding experiencethat supports the store's retention goals.

You organize and plan in ridiculous detailto get the job done.
You own the sales floor to ensure you execute daily operations and createthe Oasis for your customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
