Maintain valid Child/Infant CPRExperience working with childrenCertifications, as local/state laws requireSpecial Skills:
Good communication skillsStrong safety skillsStrong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly atmosphere for members and childrenProvide proper registration and check-out of children & parents Watch and care for children to ensure safetyProvide consistent interaction with children Initiate games, arts & crafts projectsBottle-feed babies or assistant in eating needs of older children in accordance with parental directionKeep children calmClean and sanitize child care toysKeep working area free of sharp or harmful objects Answer childcare phoneCommunicate information regarding children to parents/guardians Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards Facilitate member requests or forward to a managerKnow club facility and servicesAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementAbove position may report to the Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager where applicableFollow all policies and procedures in Employee HandbookAbove description may be subject to change or alteration at any timeMeetings:
Annual Staff MeetingsMonthly Department MeetingsEmployee Training MeetingsPhysical Requirements:
